Are there required fields to sync contacts with API Nation and what are they?

When syncing contacts into Command using API Nation, the required fields are first name, last name, and needs to have either a primary email address or phone number.

When syncing from Command to another app, it will depend on which app you connect to. Some apps don't have any specific required fields, while others do.
