In the Command App, users can easily reach out to anyone within their database with the tap of a button. To the right of every lead and contact in your database you will see a phone icon, a text icon, and an email icon. If you have contact information for that contact, you can tap on any of the enabled icons, and reach out to someone in your database. If any of the icons are disabled that means you are missing information for that specific contact method. You can tap into that contact and add the information to the contact if it is available - like a missing phone number or email address. For phone calls and text messages, you will be able to log that in interaction as an Activity to the contact record timeline of the client. For emails, as long your @KW.com Gmail account is synced to your device, those interactions will also be logged to the contact record timeline of the client.
