Claim a Lead Using the Command App (Teams)

One of the best things the Command App does for agents on a team is give you an instant notification when a new lead has been routed to you, through lead routing that your Rainmaker has set up. Speed-to-lead is incredibly important, so you will be able to claim the lead (or pass if you need to), instantly add the new lead to a team SmartPlan using the Command App, and continue with your day.

When a lead is routed to you, using Lead Routing, you will see an instant notification pop up on your mobile device. Tap the notification to open the app:

The app will open. There are two ways to claim the lead:

The New Leads to Claim Widget

1. On the Command App dashboard, confirm that you have switched to your team account, then tap the New Leads to Claim widget.

2. At the top right you will see how long you have to claim the lead before it is passed to someone else. Tap Claim, to the right of the lead.

3. A message will appear which will confirm that you claimed the lead, and the lead will appear in your team Contacts database.
