As you are systematically communicating with your database, following up with leads, you are converting those leads into contacts. As soon as you make a connection with a lead where there is two-way communication and they express interest in talking to you more, you can go into the Command App and quickly change the lead into a contact.
This is actually important to log in your database, especially if you have set goals in Command. When you take this action in the app or in Command, the Goals Report will update, showing that you converted a lead into a contact.
To convert a lead to a contact in the Command App:
1. Log in to the Command App with your KW login credentials.
2. Tap the Contacts icon, 
, on the bottom of the screen.
3. Tap into the lead, then at the top of the screen, turn the Mark as Lead toggle off to designate that this is a contact. There is no need to save.
