The Command App was built to allow agents to access their database, tasks, and notifications quickly and easily, while on-the-go. While users are able to do certain things with the Command App there are some considerations to be aware of. The most important this to remember is that the Command App was created to offer agents the easy access to functionality most needed on-the-go, not to be a replacement for All Command. There are certain applets and functionality that can only be accessed through the desktop version of Command. However, there will be added functionality from other Command applets coming soon.
In order to make things easier when you are on-the-go be sure to have things like contact tags and SmartViews created prior to using the Command App. For SmartPlans, be sure that they have been created or added to your SmartPlans list before hand as well. Once they have been set up, you will be able to utilize them in the Command App with ease.
