All KW associates who have a KW username and password should be able to access the KW Marketplace. That being said, there is sometimes an issue where an associate sees an "Access Denied" error message when trying to access for the first time:
Not to worry, there is an easy fix for this and it all revolves around making sure the KW backend system has a good email address for you on record.
If you don't want to go through the steps below, there is another way to fix this issue. Go to https://mykw.kw.com and create your @kw.com KW Gmail address, which is free to all associates. This new email address will populate in the KW backend system and fix this issue.
1. Log in to https://access.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top right of the page, click the profile icon and select Profile from the drop-down.
3. A screen with basic contact info will appear. Enter the email address you want to associate with the KW Marketplace (this doesn't have to be your @kw.com email account) and click Update, at the bottom right of the page.
Once this is saved, you will be able to instantly access the KW Marketplace.
