KWRI/KWEN has a partnership with a company that will handle mobile deposits of earnest money to the broker.
How will KWEN agents receive a commission check in states where it is not paid at the table?
Commission payments will be deposited via ACH from KWEN into the agent’s bank account that is on file.
How quickly will a KWEN agent receive their commission?
KWEN pays its agents using ACH. The commission payments will be processed by KWEN within one business day of the closing and receipt of payment if all documents have been verified by the compliance team. Once the payment is released, bank processing times can vary from 1-7 business days, with the typical turnaround time being approximately a day or two.
Where will KWEN agents direct their legal questions?
Legal questions should always be addressed by their KWEN broker.
How will KWEN agents be displayed in the referral network?
The referral network will not change for KWEN agents. If an agent is looking for a referral network by market center, the agents will be associated with the address of the KWEN brokerage in that state.
Will local market center agents and KWEN agents working out of the same market center work with different managing brokers?
It varies by state; KWEN may occupy the same office as a market center. Agents under KWEN will report to the broker that holds their license.
What if an agent leaves or is terminated from an expansion team?
The agent’s independent contractor agreement with KWEN will remain valid. The agent will have a 60-day grace period to decide whether they wish to join another expansion team, start an expansion team, or transfer their license back to their local market center.
