You have the option to share print and social designs with other KW associates. It doesn't populate the design into the Command design library, but in the Social and Print "My Designs" library.
You have to be a little careful with this as these changes effectively sync the design with everyone you share it with. That means, if you make a change to the design, that change will be reflected on the shared design the other person has access to. That also means, if they make a change, it will be reflected on the design you have access to. If you want separate copies, the person you share the design with can duplicate the design, creating their own personal copy, and then you can remove shared access (see the last section in the article below).
To share print and social designs with KW Associates:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click the Designs icon, , on the left sidebar.
3. At the top right of this screen, click Create Design.
4. On the Create Design page, choose either Social or Print, then click Continue.
- It doesn't matter if you want to share a print or social design here. Select either of these options and you will be able to share either type of design.
5. At the top of the page, click the My Designs tab.
6. Find the design you want to share, click the three dots, , at the bottom right of the design preview, and select Share.
Share Design
1. In the "Share With" pop-up, use the name search to find the associate you want to share the design with, then click their name.
- You can share with multiple people in this way. Select one person, then search for and select the next. It's not obvious, in the tool, who all has been selected, but once you click Done and then go back to the share option, you will see a list of everyone it has been shared with.
2. Once you select the associate you want to share the design with, you will see an X appear to the right of their name. Click Done.
Once saved, a message will appear letting you know you shared the design. The associate you shared the design with will immediately be able to follow steps 1-4, in the Access section above, and will see a notification letting them know a design has been shared with them.
- This notification doesn't appear on the main page of Command, only in the Print and Social design library. It is recommended that you contact the agent you are sharing with directly, to ensure they know it was shared.

Remove Share Access
1. At any time, you can go back to that design, click the three dots, , at the bottom right of the design preview and select Share (see steps 1-6 in the Access section above), to access the share options.
2. You will see a list of everyone the design is shared with, click the X, to the right of their name, then click Done, to revoke their access to the design.
