Make Changes to Dynamic Ads Subscription (PC Teams Only)

KW Dynamic Ads for Productivity Coaches allows for agents' listings, who are a part of that market centers PC program, to be automatically promoted without having to create several ads. After a PC has been onboarded by the Professional Services team and has purchased a subscription plan, the PC has the ability to change their subscription at anytime. Any changes made to a dynamic ad subscription, whether increasing or decreasing credit amounts, will not take affect until the end of the current month.

To make changes to your dynamic ads subscription:

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.

2. Click the KW MarketPlace icon, , at the top of the screen. 

3. Log in to the KW MarketPlace with your KW login credentials (the system should only make you do this once per day).

4. Click the profile drop-down in the top right hand corner and ensure that the Pro Coach account option is selected.

5. Click My Apps.

6. Hover over the Dynamic Ad product, click the gear icon, and click Manage App.

7. Click the Update Subscription tab.

8. Select the new subscription plan.

9. Navigate to the bottom of the screen and click Continue.

10. On the next screen confirm the correct card on file has been selected then click Continue.

11. Once that is done you will review the terms of service, privacy, and refund policies,  and click Place Order. After the order is complete the subscription will be updated and the changes will take affect at the end of the current month.
