Cancel Your Dynamic Ads Subscription (PC Teams Only)

Once you, as a PC, purchase a Dynamic Ad subscription in the KW Marketplace, you have the ability to cancel the subscription at anytime. When you cancel, the account will stay active and connected, until the first of the next month. All credits will remain usable until the first of the next month as well.

To cancel your Dynamic Ads subscription:

1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.

2. Click the KW MarketPlace icon, , at the top of the screen. 

3. Log in to the KW MarketPlace with your KW login credentials (the system should only make you do this once per day).

4. Click the profile drop-down in the top right hand corner and ensure that the Pro Coach account option is selected.

5. Click My Apps.

6. Hover over the Dynamic Ad product, click the gear icon, and click Manage App.

7. Click Cancel Subscription.

8. Click Yes to confirm. Any remaining credits are usable until the end of the current month.
