We’re excited that you received the credentials to log in to Command! We’re so sorry for the trouble with logging in though. Sometimes the system may take longer than expected to sync on the backend, which is why this error appears. We find that waiting a few hours before trying to log in again usually gives the system enough time to sync.
If it has been 24 hours since the login credentials were created and there is still an error, your MCA may need to add a Recovery Email address to your Associate Profile, in Command MC. That's often the reason that password reset emails don't arrive. Reaching out to your MCA to make sure you have a valid Recovery Email on file at all times (personal non-KW email addresses are best) is a great way to be able to always access Command.
