Sometimes the system may take longer than expected to sync on the backend, which is why this error appears. Waiting a few hours before trying to log in again usually gives the system enough time to sync.
If it has been 24 hours since the login credentials were created and there is still an error, your MCA may need to add your Password Recovery Email address to your Associate Profile in CommandMC. That's often the reason that password reset emails don't arrive. Reach out to your MCA to confirm there is a valid Recovery Email on your Associate Profile. To avoid account lockouts and similar issues, it must be a non-KW email address that you personally own and can access from any location at any time.
