What is this charge on my credit card?

KWRI Charges come from subscriptions like Twilio through the KW Marketplace, from a Facebook Campaign launched through Command, or orders with the KW Red Label store. We have some places we recommend checking, to help locate why a charge appeared on the credit card:

The KW Marketplace

Charges through the KW Marketplace can be tracked with the Marketplace Account Dashboard. To access the Marketplace Account Dashboard:  

1. Log into Command with your KW login credentials. 
2. Click the Marketplace icon, , at the top right of the page. 
3. Click Account, at the top right of the page.
4. Click Recent Invoices, on the left side of the page. 
5. See the invoices and what they are for. 

Facebook Paid Campaigns in Command

Charges can happen through Command when an agent launches a social ad campaign. To find out if a charge was placed for a social ad:

1. Log in to Command with your KW login credentials.
2. Click the Campaigns icon, , on the left side of the page.
3. Select the Paid Ads tab, at the top of the page.
4. View the ads that have been purchased.

Direct Mail Campaigns in Command

Charges can appear on the credit card from RealMailers, when an agent launches a direct mail campaign. To find out if a charge was placed for a direct mail campaign: 

1. Log in to Command with your KW login credentials.
2. Click the Campaigns icon, , on the left side of the page.
3. Select the Paid Ads tab, at the top of the page.
4. View the list of campaigns that have been mailed, you should see a correlation between when a campaign was launched and the charge, from RealMailers.

The Print and Social Design Editor in Designs

When creating/editing a print or social design, within the Designs applet, print orders can be placed and/or you can purchase an Unlimited Shutterstock subscription, to access stock images. You purchase these through our integrated partner Desygner, which can result in a charge on the credit card from that company. To check this: 

1. 1. Look in your email to see if there is an invoice from Desygner. 
   2. Reach out to Desygner directly to see if a charge was placed.

The KW Red Label Store

Orders for things like KW t-shirts or Gary Keller’s books may be what those charges are on the credit card. To double check, follow these steps:

1. 1. Log in to https://www.kwredlabel.com with the login credentials you entered when you created the account.
   2. Select the profile icon, in the upper right hand corner.
   3. Select Orders. 
   4. Search to view orders placed. 

For any Market Center fees, we recommend reaching out to your Market Center Administrator to see what the reason was for the charge.
