The email address you associate with the KW Marketplace determines where subscription purchase confirmation receipts are emailed and where the KWU Tech Training Team will reach out when you sign up for live trainings.
To verify or update the email address associated with the KW Marketplace:
1. Log in to https://access.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. At the top right of the page, click the profile icon and select Profile from the drop-down.
3. A screen with basic contact info will appear. If you want to change the email, enter the email address you want to associate with the KW Marketplace (this doesn't have to be your @kw.com email account) and click Update, at the bottom right of the page.
This will take affect, in the KW Marketplace, the next time you log in and access the Marketplace.
