Conversion Monster has a product for both solo agents and teams. The product linked below is the team version. The tags generated are team contact tags and the Conversion Monster team can only collaborate with agents in their team Command account.
Keller Williams has partnered with Conversion Monster, which is real estate inside sales agent service that follows up and qualifies leads on the behalf of agents. The lead conversion is done through different follow-up channels like emails, text messages, and phone calls. Once they are considered as "qualified", the leads are then handed off to the agent as a warm connection.

Now, there is a team version of Conversion Monster, where the Rainmaker purchases a subscription, and the Conversion Monster workflow populates in the team Command account, where any agent on the team can use the service.
To get started with Conversion Monster for Teams:
1. Start by logging in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click the KW Marketplace icon, , at the top of the screen.
3. Once in the Marketplace, click your name at the top of the page, then select your team from the drop-down.
4. Open the Conversion Monster for Teams product page, and purchase the subscription.
5. Once you purchase, the Conversion Monster team will send you an email with a link to a form where you will fill out basic information. Then you will be taken to Calendly to schedule an appointment with a Conversion Monster onboarding specialist, at a time convenient to you.
By integrating Conversion Monster into Command, agents will get automatic access to a new collection of contact tags that can be added to any lead in the team Command database. Each tag has a different meaning and notifies Conversion Monster of what action to take. As an agent, you choose which leads you want the Conversion Monster team to engage with using the CM-Start tag. Everything that team is doing will be logged in the contact timeline. You will then be able to have the team stop working the lead using the CM-Stop tag.
The following tags are will be applied by the agent to communicate which leads should be nurtured by the Conversion Monster team:
- CM-Start: When a lead has had this tag added to its contact record that notifies Conversion Monster that they can start following up with the lead.
- CM-Stop: When an agent wants Conversion Monster to stop communication with a lead they can add this tag.
- CM-Revive: When an agent wants to re-establish communication with Conversion Monster they will add this tag to the contact record.
These tags are custom and can be removed, however that would essentially remove the agent's ability to communicate which leads should be worked, so we don't recommend editing or deleting those specific tags. If the tags are deleted by accident they can be manually added back to your tag list, but they would need to spelled exactly the same way they were before it was deleted (case and space sensitive).
As the Conversion Monster engages with your leads, they will communicate about that lead through the use of tags. These are not tags that an agent will use, only the Conversion Monster team. Using filters and SmartViews, agents can be purposeful about checking in on these leads and deciding which actions to take.
The following tags are applied by the Conversion Monster team and cannot be used by agents:
- CM-ContactedByAgent: This tag is used when Conversion Monster has come across a lead who tells them they're already working with an agent. This tag stops additional follow up.
- CM-FakeLead: This means that Conversion Monster came across a fake lead. This tag stops additional follow up.
- CM-HasAnAgent: Conversion Monster will use this tag for leads who tell them they're under contract with an agent, or have an agent with whom they're not yet under contract but are unwilling to consider working with another agent. This tag stops additional follow up.
- CM-HotLead: This tag is used on leads with whom Conversion Monster fully qualify and hand off to your team, either by live transferring or setting a call back appointment. This tag stops additional follow up.
- CM-IsAnAgent: This tag is used when Conversion Monster calls a lead and it turns out that they are in fact a licensed real estate agent. This tag stops additional follow up.
- CM-NotInterested: Conversion Monster uses this tag when a lead tells them they're not interested, and they have exhausted all rebuttals. This tag stops additional follow up.
- CM-NotQualified: Similar to not interested, the differentiating factor being that the lead may be interested in purchasing, but would not be considered a qualified lead, e.g. they're looking out of state, not planning to move until several years out, etc. This tag stops additional follow up.
- CM-Nur Buyer 30: We use this tag for a lead who is buying, but not ready to discuss their home search at the time, and the conversation ends with us agree to follow up in 1 month. This tag stops us from following up with the lead for the next 30 days. Once 30 days have elapsed, we will do an initial 3 call burst with texts and emails. If we do not make contact with the lead after the initial burst, the lead will be called, texted, and emailed once per month until a year has passed.
- CM-Nur Buyer 60: This tag is used after Conversion Monster talks to a lead who requested that they follow up with them 2 months from the time of the call. This tag stops Conversion Monster from following up with the lead for the next 60 days. Once 60 days have elapsed, CM will do an initial 3 call burst with texts and emails. If CM does not make contact with the lead after the initial burst, the lead will be called, texted, and emailed once per month until a year has passed.
- CM-Nur Buyer 90: Conversion Monster's ISAs use this tag after speaking with a lead who requests that CM doesn't follow up with until 3 months from the time of the call. This tag stops CM from following up with the lead for the next 90 days. Once 90 days have elapsed, CM will do an initial 3 call burst with texts and emails. If CM does not make contact with the lead after the initial burst, the lead will be called, texted, and emailed once per month until a year has passed.
- CM-Nur Buyer JB: This tag is used after talk to a lead who isn't ready to buy, isn't ready to talk to an agent, and doesn't commit to a call 30 days from now. Once CM uses this tag, it will stop us them following up with a lead until 30 days have elapsed. This tag differs from CM-Nur Buyer 30 in that after 30 days elapses, they won't get a burst of calls and the texts. If a lead doesn't answer when CM call/text/email, they will continue calling, texting, and email the lead once per month for the next year.
- CM-Nur Seller 30: Same concept as CM-Nur Buyer 30, but for seller leads. Only difference is the wording of the texts and emails.
- CM-Nur Seller 60: Same concept as CM-Nur Buyer 60, but for seller leads. Only difference is the wording of the texts and emails.
- CM-Nur Seller 90: Same concept as CM-Nur Buyer 90, but for seller leads. Only difference is the wording of the texts and emails.
- CM-Nur Seller JB: Same concept as CM-Nur Buyer JB, but for seller leads. Only difference is the wording of the texts and emails.
- CM-WngNumBuyer: CM will use this tag if they call a lead and the person whom answers informs us we have the wrong number for the lead, or if a number is not in service, or if a lead comes through without a phone number. This tag assigns a new auto-protocol to the lead which will send out drip emails which mention that we do not have a good phone number for the lead and request that the lead provide a good phone number on which to contact them.
- CM-WngNumSeller: Same concept as CM-WngNumBuyer, but the content of the drip emails sent to leads after using this tag will be seller specific.
