In Command MC, leaders who have access to Command MC Opportunities (MCA, Assistant MC, Compliance Coordinator) now have the ability to edit key sections of an agent's Opportunity:

When a leader makes edits to an agent's Opportunity, this activity is logged in the Opportunity Timeline (just like when an agent takes these actions), which will show the action taken, which leader made the edit, and when it was edited.
- In addition to the timeline, when a change is made to an agent's Opportunity, they will receive a Command notification letting them know, with a link to that Opportunity's Timeline.

- Because we don't want to overwhelm agents with a notification for each individual change, once an agent gets the initial notification, no more notifications will go out for edits to that same Opportunity (unless you have clicked the notification to view the changes).

- There will also be a daily email summary of these changes, if there was an edit made by a leader that day. This will be sent at 4am CST, the next morning, letting the agent know what changes were made.
To edit an agent's Opportunity:
Access
1. Log in to https://agent.kw.com with your KW login credentials.
2. Click the Opportunities icon, , on the left side of the page.
3. Find and select the Opportunity you need to edit. You can make edits to Opportunities regardless of whether you search the Opportunities, Compliance, or Commissions tabs, so there are multiple ways to get to the Opportunity.
Opportunity Details
You have the ability to edit each section in the Opportunities details tab, but there are some limitations. In the General Information section, the Market Center and Team fields are not editable, even for agents, but leaders specifically can't edit custom agent Opportunity tags (these are separate from leadership compliance tags), the Opportunity Name, or the contact(s) associated with the Opportunity.
You can add and remove Assignees for team Opportunities, edit the phase/stage the Opportunity is in, edit any of the dates, and the rest of the details. The Property section is fully editable, you can also attach/remove an MLS listing to/from the Opportunity, and the Seller Worksheet section (Listing Pipeline) is fully editable as well.

Offers
If the agent has already submitted a Commission Request for this Opportunity, you won't have the ability to manage offers for this Opportunity without rejecting the submitted Commission Request first. |
With regards to offers, you have the ability to create offers, edit offers, accept/reject offers, and change response on an accepted offer. The main actions you are not able to take in this section are sharing offers or offer comparisons.

Commissions
If the agent has already submitted a Commission Request for this Opportunity, you won't have the ability to edit the Commission Request (or create a new one) without rejecting the submitted Commission Request first. |
Once there is an accepted offer, you now have full access to create and submit Commission Requests, being able to edit each field in the request, add agents and manage payments/deductions, add co-broker information, and add notes. You also have the ability to submit Commission Termination requests.

Once there is an accepted offer, you can create and submit Commission Requests for the Opportunity, as well as submit Termination Requests for submitted Commissions.
When you submit a Commission Request for an Opportunity that is in either the Cultivate or Appointment phase, the system will automatically move it to the first stage of the Active phase. |
