If you are prompted to verify your Recovery Email address upon logging into Command, follow the instructions below.
The most important information to know before proceeding is your KW User Name and Password Recovery Email, which can be viewed/edited in your KW Profile (MyKW section), within Command. This is where your verification code will be sent, in addition to password reset emails if needed.

Log In
1. Open your internet browser, preferably a new Chrome Incognito window, and navigate to https://agent.kw.com.
2. Enter your KW User Name and password (these are the same credentials you use to log into https://mykw.kw.com and https://kwconnect.com), then click Sign In.
- Note: The KW User Name is not set up to be an email address by default (though users can edit it to be an email address). Typically, it is a combination of your first name and last name, e.g. paul.smith, psmith1, etc.
3. You will see the following screen confirming a one-time security code has been sent to your Recovery Email address:
4. In a separate tab or window, open your Recovery Email mailbox, copy the code, and paste it into the login screen shown above. Codes are time-sensitive, so this action should be done immediately.
5. If the code was entered correctly, you will see the following confirmation screen:
Resolve Email Verification Errors

Security code expiration:
If you enter a code and see an error message stating, "There was an error validating the security code" or the code has expired, this is due to the security time limit on each code. To resolve this error:- Click Cancel and close the window
- Open a new Chrome Incognito window, then navigate to agent.kw.com
- Click 'Forgot Password' and request a new code. Do not refresh or click Back on the browser page. Try to immediately copy and paste the new code into the login browser, then proceed with setting a new password.

If you are redirected to a blank window or a generic error message:
- Log out and close all open browsers linking to Command, MyKW or KWConnect, across all devices, e.g. desktop, laptop, phone and tablet. A reboot may help in this scenario as well.
- Launch a new Chrome Incognito window, then navigate to agent.kw.com
- Click 'Forgot Password' and request a new code
- Do not refresh or click Back on the login page. Try to immediately copy and paste the new code into the login page, then proceed with setting a new password.
- Note: Chrome Incognito works best to resolve these issues, but clearing your cache and cookies in a regular Chrome window, or trying in a different browser altogether (Firefox, Safari, etc.) may prove successful if the above steps fail.
